What it is
The BRTA Service Portal (bsp.brta.gov.bd) lets you register as a driver or owner and apply for a learner and smart-card driving licence, licence renewal, vehicle registration, fitness and tax-token renewal. It moves most of the road-transport paperwork online instead of standing in line at the BRTA office.

Why I use it
Register on BSP yourself rather than through a broker — the same form, far less cost. Keep your NID details consistent; the licence is tied to it. Tax-token renewal online saves a whole day at the office.
