Answer the 7 quick steps above to generate your full software project plan.

From idea to launch — without the guesswork

Most founders in Bangladesh start with a great idea and a long list of questions: Website or app? What tech? What's the MVP? How much to build, how much per month, which hosting, freelancer or agency, and — most importantly — how do I make sure I actually own what I paid for? This planning assistant answers all of it in one place. Built from real-world experience shipping production software, it thinks like a CTO who's seen founders win and get burned: it pushes you toward a lean MVP, a proven stack, honest cost ranges, free tools to launch cheap, and a protection checklist so no developer can ever hold your business hostage. Plan smart, spend wisely, and launch with confidence — Inshallah.

Common questions

I have a business idea but I'm not technical. Where do I start?

Right here. Answer 7 simple questions about your idea, budget and goals, and this tool gives you a full plan — what to build first (MVP), which technologies to use, how much it may cost to build and run, what hosting and services you need, and how to protect your ownership. It's written for founders, not engineers. No jargon, just clear next steps.

Should I hire a freelancer, an agency, or build a team?

It depends on your budget and how serious the product is. A freelancer is cheapest and great for a quick MVP, but risky (one person, varying quality). An agency costs more but gives you a full team, contracts and accountability — usually the safest choice for non-technical founders. An in-house team only makes sense for funded, long-term products. The tool recommends the best fit for your case, with pros, cons and risks.

How do I make sure I actually own my software?

This is where most founders get burned. Make sure the domain, hosting, GitHub repository and all third-party accounts are in YOUR name — not the developer's. Get the full source code, the database, the backups, and a written handover. If a developer says 'trust me' instead of giving you access, that's a red flag. The Founder Protection Guide in your plan walks you through the whole checklist.

Are the cost estimates accurate?

They're realistic ballpark ranges for the Bangladeshi market, based on your project type, features and scale — great for planning a budget and sanity-checking quotes. The final number depends on your exact requirements, design and team. Use the ranges to plan, not as a fixed contract.
